This is likely an early 1990's First generation 2531.80.00 as indicated by the Blue Wave Dial, matte dial with tritium luminous material on hands and indices, and most notably without red tipped seconds hand.
This is the immediate precursor model to the first Omega worn by Pierce Brosnan in James Bond 1995 GoldenEye--His was quartz--this one is automatic. Check out that amazing faded 'ghost' dial with matching patina on the hands and hour markers.
