Blancpain 'Tribute to Fifty Fathoms' MIL-SPEC  40mm Stainless - Ref# 5008-1130-B52A - (Moisture Indicator on dial)

Tribute to Fifty Fathoms MIL-SPEC; Blancpain re-interprets one of its vintage pieces from the 1950s, the Fifty Fathoms with a water-tightness/moisture indicator on the dial.  

(On this watch, most notably the typical MIL-SPEC moisture indicator aka 'water-tightness' indicator appears at 6 o'clock, serving to alert the wearer to any humidity seeping into the case by switching from white to red. This Blancpain invention was developed in the 1950s to complement the specifications already defined by the 1953 Fifty Fathoms, which was tested and adopted that same year by the French Army Combat Diving Corps.)

Pre-Owned; Purchased new from Blancpain dealer Circa 2018 (Blancpain Warranty Card is not dated)  

Condition:  lightly and carefully worn with slightest visible signs of careful and occasional wear.  No scratches on sapphire crystal, sapphire coated bezel, sides of watch or caseback.  Sailcloth strap shows signs of occasional wear.  All pictures are of actual watch + contents.
