• Case and Bezel: The 45mm satin-brushed stainless steel case - reminiscent of Fifty Fathoms Aqualung models.  Unidirectional bezel with scratch-resistant sapphire insert and luminescent time scale for enhanced underwater visibility.
• Dial: matte black dial adorned with white lacquered hands and geometric hour markers, reminiscent of vintage military Fifty Fathoms models. A subtle black-on-black number "7" just below the 'Fifty Fathoms' script  references the 7-meter safe diving depth limit when using pure oxygen rebreathers—an essential operational detail for early combat divers and also functions as a reminder of 'Memento Mori' - remember to live!
• Solid Engraved Case Back: features official French Combat Diver Qualification Badge, featuring an anchor flanked by two winged seahorses, symbolizing the unit’s naval and airborne capabilities. The individual limited edition number "115/300" is also engraved, confirming its exclusivity.
• In-House Manufacture Movement:  Powered by Blancpain’s in-house automatic Caliber 1315 with 120-hour power reserve

This is a completely sold out special limited edition.  A large percentage of the 300 pieces were allocated to the living descendants of the original test divers of the fifty fathoms on behalf of the French Combat Swimmers unit. Notably, only four of these watches were delivered to North America boutiques.

Pre-Owned; Purchased new from Blancpain dealer Dec 2019 per included Blancpain Warranty Card.

Condition:  Unworn & As-New with only the very slightest visible signs of occasional and careful wear a handful of times (if that).  No scratches on ceramic bezel, no scratches on Sapphire Crystal, no scratches in watch case or caseback.  You'd swear this watch is brand new, but dont take our word for it.  (All pictures are of actual watch + contents you will receive.)
