Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping charges are fixed and include insurance of the package and its contents:
- Within the United States: All items will be shipped via FedEx Priority. There is no additional charge to ship an item. If you order multiple items, all efforts will be made to consolidate shipping into the fewest packages possible.
- For the international shipments: All items will be shipped via FedEx International. This service has a $150 per item fee. This includes shipping, handling, insurance to reach your destination, but does not include any taxes or duties you might be responsible for. We have extensive experience shipping high value watches to customers around the world.
The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties levied on the item.
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You can also exchange an item within 14 days for another item of equal or greater value.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
