This watch was ingeniuously designed so that you can always tell the time at a glance without any of the hands covering each other thanks to the Regulator design (separate minute, hour & seconds hands). The Hour/Minute and Seconds hands are all aligned vertically.

Comet -style 45-hour power reserve indicator tucked into the top left corner of the dial

The Story Behind This Vacheron Constantin
The outside of dial frames the complications with a gorgeous guilloche engine turned pattern that is just breathtaking
This watch represents the pinnacle of watchmaking from one of the world's best and features an ultra-rare touch in every category. The 50x40 mm case is Platinum, considered the noblest of precious metals. The hand-made movement was made entirely ‘in-house’ by Vacheron Constantin as a showcase of their horological prowess and utilizes the tourbillon as its main event. The time is displayed using the regulator hand layout: a smaller hour hand runs on the subdial at 12 o'clock with the minute hand making a full 60 minute sweep of the silver dial. This manual wind watch also has the most practical complication: a power reserve indicator. This is nestled between the 9 and 10 o'clock area of the dial. it is attached to the wrist with a dark blue alligator strap with a platinum deployant buckle.
This example is one of the very limited number produced in the world and is New Old Stock condition. This piece was purchased brand new directly from an authorized retailer when it was initially released and never worn. This amazing watch has spent its entire life in a literal fortress, only to be removed from its vault for admiration! This watch is also a full Time CAPSULE: complete with all of its original contents like the boxset, documentation, and hangtag.
